The location and the look of the room.

We got there for the jacuzzi and it was filled with residue from the previous bathbombs. It had to be filled and emptied 3 times before we could use it. That should have been done by the cleaning staff or someone from the maintenance. After that we wanted to have a shower and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. We requested shampoo from the host at 00:00 midnight but we took an answer the next day. Overall the host was very willing to help but there were things that had to be done before our check-in and not during our stay.

The apartment was smoking cigarettes, maybe because of the office next door were people are smoking. The inside handle of the door was not fixed, and they don’t care about repairing it when I asked. When I used the jacuzzi, the internal pipes was not cleaned at all and a lot of dark residues were projected. I asked them to clean it but they didn’t manage and they seemed totally incompetent in the use of a jacuzzi. No sea view at all : don’t be fooled by the hotels name. It’s a deception.

Everything was perfect. From the simple things like cleanliness and aesthetics, to details like the placing of TV and plugs. They also changed our towels, which we didn't expect since we were staying only for two nights.

Only negative was the windows don't have any curtains, and the roller blinds didn't hide the light at all, once the sun comes out the apartment is fully bright too, so we both couldn't sleep much.
