Stylish luxury flat in Old Town

From the outside it looks unpleasing, but the interior is as shown on images.

Spacious rooms, clean, good quality appliances. Great shower. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for cooking and food storage and preparation. Air-conditioning good. Good roller window blinds. Good communication by owners and really useful video explanation of how to access the apartment keys and codes when arriving.

These are minor dislikes and minor improvement suggestions for a perfect stay. Back bedroom roller blind and bead curtain not sufficient to shut out light from security light outside front door which couldn't be turned off. Entrance and stairwell not very inviting but well lit and clean. Tram noise might annoy some but it was acceptable. As others have said could do with tea towel and dishcloth and instructions for kitchen appliances and Aircon remote. A pair of scissors for the kitchen would help. A shelf in the shower and a mat to stand on when exiting the shower would be good additions.

Convenient location in the old city center. Clear and simple instructions for check-in. The apartment corresponds to the description and photos. I would like to separately note - beds, comfortable pillows and mattresses, everyone slept well. The apartment has air conditioners that cope well with the heat - this is a very important point during a summer stay. The staff is always in touch. In our case, a small incident happened and the staff immediately responded and came to solve our problem.

Minus - there is no elevator, you need to take this into account when going up with luggage. At night you can hear the tram - but this is the city center, transport works. The windows of one bedroom overlook the inner courtyard and it is quiet there, the other bedroom overlooks a busy street - but this is life in the city center. not critical.

location was easy 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. air conditioning worked well during the hot weather and the roll down shutters provided nice privacy and noise to a minimum. suite recently renovated so items were fairly new and in good condition. suite was nice and large as shown in the photos.

poor communication with host when needed in short time frame - never answered phone from number provided in check in. there should be a booklet to explain how appliances work, recommended eating places, and places to visit like we have experienced at good stays. the door lock was difficult to use and out of battery. notified management at beginning of 3 day stay but never repaired. great to have washing machine but does not dry clothes properly. the strong smell of smoke from previous guests and neighbouring suites where each entrance has containers of used cigarette butts. large amount of spider webs both around entrance and then around the heaters inside. no bedding for the pullout couch and limited pillows for amount of beds/guest rating. floors not that cleaned properly from last guest. we did not stay our last night. the suite does not match the exterior or the condition of the courtyard. it is old town but just be prepared to experience an older building.

Gorgeous apartment and so comfortable - there's a playground just round the corner great for kids and bakery opposite and good coffee shop a couple doors away. 10 mins walk into town

I found it tricky trying to figure out the codes getting in but fine once I could figure it out. No negatives
