The apartment was perfect for us. Not luxury, but everything was working. Location near metro is excellent.

The location near the train station, yet still only a 15-20 minute walk to most of the main tourist areas was great for me. Vasillis was a nice and responsive host. The balcony is quite large and spacious, covering 2 sides of the apartment.

One of the bathroom lightbulbs was out, the toilet seat was detached from the toilet bowl and the water heater leaked water on the bathroom floor. Neither light on the balcony worked, the light in the hallway just outside the apartment door didn't work and a lightbulb was missing from the light fixture above the bed. The built-in stove doesn't work, so they put a single burner hotplate on top of it, but it wouldn't even boil a pot of water to make hard-boiled eggs..

Great, clean apartment, excellent location. Parking space available with reservation.

Удобное расположение. Остановки автобусов, пекарни, большой продуктовый магазин - все рядом. Просторный балкон. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин на связи и всегда готов помочь. Бесконтактное заселение в любое время.
