Clean, tidy and spacious studio, nice balcony, clean building, easy parking around the corner, good location close to city center and Ladadika. Helpful host.

'With parking' sounds like it is included in price, which isn't. It's more fair to say 'with parking at special price' , which actually was the case, (10 eur/day was ok with me, parking owner was very kind and helpful). Mattress is worn out, should be changed.

Everything was clean, balcony is very big and wifi works fine. Location is very good. It was easy to check-in and check-out.

Noise from the street, since it is at the main boulevard. You'll probably have to shut both balcony doors in order to be able to sleep.

The property is perfectly positioned for sighseeing and walking around Thessaloniki. About 400 m from the property is the starting stop of the bus that goes to Waterland (free of charge). Aristotle Square and White Tower are 10-20 minutes easy walk away. If you have a car you have the parking garage in the same building (10 eur/day). But be careful, you need to come (check in) during opening hours because the garage is closed on weekends.

The apartment is for three persons, not four, even if you have a 7 years old girl as the fourth person. The elder son was sleeping on the sofa which is actually for one person and the little girl was sleeping with us in the double bed which is very soft so we didn't get much sleep. The water heater in the bathroom drips where it's on, it look like it has a broken thermostat. It's a very big safety issue so the host must fixed it. By the way, we notified by the host to keep the water heater on for 10 min.
