Nature Cottage

The place was so organized. Everything you need was provided. Absolutely Everything including extra blankets, a torch, a portable light, two pins. It was truly very organized and I loved my stay

Location is great and the host communicated well

They had back up power system but it didn't work. They also had a single plate gas cooker but the gas was empty and there was no replacement canister. The showers were both nightmares. The water was either boil your skin off hot or cold. didn't matter how you adjusted it, it would come in and out as well, so hot one second and cold the next. The place is in need of some TLC. Mosquito nets torn and broken. The patio furniture was squeezed into the living area. Could have been put outside, knowing we were arriving. The unit smelled like it hadn't been opened for a while and was very stuffy inside.

It was clean and well kept.

The photos don’t show that the pool is tiny. The pool on the photos belong to the house next door.

Property was ok but dust roads were not best for my car as the gravel have sharp stones

They did not open for me on Friday, they seem to have issues as owners. The number on booking.com is not for the property, they literally switched that phone off after i arrived with no instruction or pin on how to enter. I had to look for accommodation 40km away at midnight. I honestly deserve my full refund for this as i spend way more than what i had paid just to sleep at alternative accommodation. They only tried calling me at around 08:00 the following day coming up with all sort of excuses and trying to offer additional day but that does not recoup my losses and pain and suffering. These kind of incidences are really danger to us as clients, we could have been robbed vulnerable and looking for accommodation at midnight after being ghosted
