Location is great, really close to the beach, restaurants etc. accommodation is good for a couple, not recommended for families. Clean and communication was good too.

The pool was dirty with dead bugs, there isn’t anywhere to sit if you want a pool day, and there isn’t a really shallow end, with young children, this isn’t ideal. Absolutely fine for couples not bothered about a pool.

"Comfortable, relaxing stay in a beautiful, well located apartment."

The apartment was spotless and spacious. The location was ideal for me as I'm very familiar with the local area (Montemar). The communication with the host/letting agent was clear and quick. Overall, I had a lovely, relaxing stay.

Two small things. The air conditioning in the bedroom was faulty BUT I'm quite sure that if I'd mentioned this to the letting agent, it would have been addressed. As it happens, it didn't matter as the weather was on the chillier side. The hot water in the shower ran out a bit quicker than I'd like but no biggie!!

Loved the location from beach, marina in Benalmadena & Torremolinos. The Private Terrance was brilliant with loungers and seating area, air con great! Washing machine, coffee maker etc. pool lovely, gardens surrounding pool well looked after. Clean, fresh apartment. Very quick response from IVI real estate when an issue with terrace door was reported it was repaired within 45 mins. Lidl literally at the top of the hill, beach, bars, restaurants were all downhill slightly. Very convenient to everything. We were very happy with the apartment apart from storage to be honest.

Not much storage for clothing so we lived out of cases as there was only 1 single cupboard behind the bedroom door for the double room and living room/double sofa (apartment for 4 people) and the only bathroom was only accessed through double bedroom. No storage for food in the kitchen area, and cabinets are too high to access glasses and dinner plates unless you are 5ft 10inches or above to reach anything. The area could be better designed for easier access but certainly not an issue with the rental company. Also would definitely suggest things like salt, pepper and more coffee as 2 coffee pods for the machine, as wasn't enough even for the 1st morning till you find the local supermarket. Ants were an issue but I bought spray to get rid until they found another access area. Pillows were very hard in bed.

Loved location, pool was lovely. Check in seamless. Good communication from agent.

Only 1 thing that was not perfect was the sofa bed. It kept collapsing when any weight was put on the end of bed.

"Property adequate for basic purposes for but disapointing accomodation size and lack of mainteance."

Location was good and accomodation clean.

Advertised as suitable for 4 adults and a child. The small floor size and with the one toilet and shower located in the bedroom combined with one fold out sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen area and also limited hot water capacity some may find this an unrealistic occupancy level. Poor kitchenette layout. Broken fridge door and broken shower fitting highlighted poor maintainance supervision. We have already provided more detail to IVI Real Estate office during our stay.
