The appartmant is really small but cozy & clean. There is no regular bed but just a sofa thats turning to a bed and it was comfortable. The location is amazing - backery is visible from the balkony, right across the building is a pharmacy, lots of parkingspaces and everything you need is close by (bike rent, grocery’s, cosmetic store). The beach is around 8 min far away and the lake maybe 4. The Wifi was good, there is a hairdryer and everything necessary in the kitchen.

There was just one toillet paper which is a bit cheap for that price per night. As everything on Sylt - expensive but not modern so for us was okay since we were there just to sleep at night. The balcony chairs (only 2 of them) should have “pillows” but we didnt found them. There is no ashtray & no privacy at the balcony because you feel like you are sitting with other people on left and right (the appartmant is in the middle when sitting on balcony) so i would recomend some fancy curtains or flowers to make some privacy and not feel like you are sitting with other guests outside. The location to pick up the key is really far away from the appartmant so you should have a car for that (ca. 5 km away)
