Понравилось: расположение - у моря (через дорогу пляж), закрытая парковка.

Не понравилось: сильный шум - ЖД за окном второй спальни (из-за чего второму человеку пришлось спать на диване в гостиной), соседи (много собачников); слабый напор воды в душе (смыть кондиционер очень сложно; если одновременно с вами принимает душ во второй душевой кто-то еще, то напор еще больше уменьшается); обилие маленьких 2-3 мм муравьев на кухне, которые ползают везде (всю пищу хранили в холодильнике).

Primera línea de playa y parking privado.

Mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamer. 2 gescheiden compartimenten dus handig voor stellen (2 badkamers en toiletten). 1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, 2 slaapkamers met losse bedden. Goede keuken met alle voorzieningen. Wasmachine aanwezig in aparte ruimte. Auto staat veilig achter een poort. Treinstation op 10 minuten loopafstand: 1 uur naar het centrum van Barcelona.

De slaapkamers aan de achterkant hadden geluidsoverlast van de trein. Aan de voorkant hoor je alleen de zee.

Basically, everything is perfect. Lots of space, amazing views, there's a washing machine, the kitchen is well equipped. The town itself is very quiet so you can have a nice lazy vacation on the beach, or, alternatively, go to Barcelona or other places around here (by car or, like we did, by train - the station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment). Also, the host is a very nice person, willing to help if needed.

Just some very minor things that are actually out of control of the hosts and can't be fixed, like neighbors smoking on the terrace and cramped elevator. Nothing nearly enough to prevent us from booking the apartment again.

We were self catering so no meals were provided.

There was nothing that could not be liked, I judge all properties that I stay in by the descriptions and pictures in the advertising and this one scored a ten in every category, plus the owner was excellent with all communications and spent a good deal of time with us on site making sure that we understood everything and had no queries. I rate this property as one of the very best that I have stayed in.

The location is perfect, it takes one hour by train from Barcelona to reach the town. It was very quiet in November, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants are not open and google maps is not reliable at all in the area. The apartment is right on the beach, you can listen and look out to the sea from the main bedroom. There is a great terrace which was a bit cold this time of the year but it must be nice and shady in the summer. The flat is very well equipped, it had everything we needed, we only had to buy toilet paper. The heating worked perfectly. Communication was very easy on whatsapp, we were greeted personally upon arrival.

We were not allowed to stay after 11 due to cleaning for the next guests, even though the place was open on Booking for the next two weeks. When we crammed into the elevator with our suitcases they gave us the two trashbags saying we had to take them out.

We stayed between 31 March and 5 April 2024 at “La Musclera” in the little fishing village “Arenys de Mar”. We were 4 persons (I, my wife and our 2x daughters). We´ve had more than enough space (we even had one more bed than needed). The whole building is very well maintained. The surrounding seems to be safe and it´s located directly to the sea. The next supermarket (LIDL, Cobrabo,… and also McDonalds) is about 800m to walk. The next train station is even closer (maybe 500m far). We enjoyed walking on the beach in the afternoon. The kitchen contains everything what is useful for the whole stay and everything is in a good condition and clean. The owner of the apartment is very friendly as well and he helps you out with further information, if needed. All in all a clear 10/10 and we will come back for here for sure!

Was perfect for 5 persons. everything what we needed was there. Clean and well equipped. Beautiful view from balcony. Not to laud in the train side.

The whole group was very satisfied with the apartment.

Host was great. Apartment, view, beach, neighborhood... all tens!
