Beautiful views over Val d’Orcia rolling Tuscan hills and the view of Montalcino - remote and peaceful but short drive to the medieval town of San Quirico. Large area for kids to run around, safe roads to bike on, swings and lazy meals under the trees. BBQ and Jacuzzi (in summer) area a lovely addition with stunning views. Sheep grazing nearby and their own delicious olive oil and wine to enjoy either in the self catering apartment or in La Moiana farmhouse restaurant. All in all - a perfect Tuscan break.

Not much - if your expectations are for simple, rustic, comfort. All the amenities for a farmhouse experience

Spacious apartment in a very quiet location, perfect to relax and enjoy the landscape. Few kilometers of gravel road divide the house from the closest town, but given the beauty of the place, it’s not a burden. The shower didn’t work well but it was replaced instantly as soon as I informed the owner. One of the best and most professional staff I’ve ever encountered. Note that the main facilities like reception, restaurant and cafè are in another house 2/3 of kilometers away, so a car is strictly necessary. here.

L'agriturismo Capannacce è una delizia nel cuore della Val D'Orcia. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante, la struttura gode di tutte le comodità che si desiderano. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di scoprire i prodotti della azienda agricola, semplicemente spettacolare. Consigliatissimo.

We had a truly exceptional stay. Our apartment on the second floor was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and drank wine with cheese. The grounds near the house were lovely and green, featuring comfortable hammocks and perfect spots to watch the sunset. The hosts were genuinely nice and welcoming. We also had a good dinner at their restaurant, which is only a five-minute drive from the house. The drive to San Quirico takes about 20 minutes, and the road is unpaved but manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Un oasi di pace immersa nella natura. La gentilezza e l'ospitalità dei proprietari, molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. La possibilità di fare colazione e cena nella struttura adiacente, il tutto preparato con amore e cura.

L'unico piccolo neo potrebbe essere la strada sterrata da percorrere per arrivare alla struttura, che allunga leggermente i tempi di percorrenza, ma indubbiamente contribuisce a mantenere l'autenticità del luogo.

The flat was great, with plenty of space. The views from the property are outstanding. Everything was thought about. All was clean and tidy. The BBQ was cleaned and there was a supply of coal. There was a welcome pack with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and olive oil. The host is really nice and helpful. The area is beautiful. Just be aware that the road to the property, like most agritirismo locations is gravel, although this one is very well maintained.
