The price is very cheap, I can not have too much expectation for this price.

It is advertised as two bedrooms, indeed there is one bedroom, and a small pop out sofa in the living room

Door een vreemde indeling van straatnamen en huisnummers is de locatie moeilijk te vinden. De eigenaar kan daar natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar misschien vantevoren informatie geven?
