the location is great, staff is really helpful and kind and the apartment was very clean.

Excellent in cleanliness !!! Excellently equipped apartment, excellent household utensils !!! laundry excellent !!! Excellent host !!! Excellent staff !!! Excellent workers !!! Beautiful garden with flowers !!! 7 minutes walk from the centre of Paleochora , and 2 minutes by car from the centre of Paleochora . The apartments are located in a very quiet place in Paleochora . We recommend it to all visitors to Paleochora !!! We thank you very much !!!

The host, Valentis, met us at the bus stop and drove us to our apartment. Similarly,when leaving, he offered to drop us to our ferry. He went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you.

The main living area needs a little more comfort.For example low/soft lighting and some additional furniture such as a softer chair and low table. If this were done the apartment would be perfect.

It had all you need for an apartment.

A bit of a walk uphill from the center.

Well equipped apartment, large rooms, clean. Two balconies with a really pretty view on the town and the sea. Quiet night, and usually probably also quiet days (during our stay there were construction works on the other side of the street).

Be aware that the nice view is bought by a 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the city's restaurants, shops etc. The host requested us to call half an hour before arrival (fine). On that call, we were told to call again once we are at the apartment (felt redundant). But on that call, we were told that we have to wait 10 minutes to receive the keys (inacceptable). With the location being completely off the city center and amidst a residential district, this was just a waste of our holiday.

Breathtaking views from the balcony. Very clean apartment. Hosts very friendly and welcomed us with bottles of water and soft drink in the fridge.

No lift to reach second floor so not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Entrance to bathroom has a small sharp step which is easy to trip in or stub your toe on.

The location is in a residential and rental Apartment area. and a lot of the residential properties seemed to have dogs, that barked most of the night. If you don't have a car or don't want to drive into the town, you need to be fit and able to walk it's a good half hour walk, up hill,
