Beautiful property. Fruit and vegetable gardens. Great views from terrace.

The view, the staff, and the location were excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and grounds full of fruit trees and herbs. Abundant parking. Wonder outdoor space with lots of places to relax. Close proximity to beautiful beaches and groceries.

There was supposed to be beach access but was not available while we were there. The shower is extremely small, but it had good pressure and was clean. Ceiling fans would be beneficial, especially on nights with no breeze.

Helpful owners who walked the extra mile on a number of occassions, such as arranging last minute dinner in one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in. Grazie Mr. Steffanelli! A big terrace, a beautiful garden, proximity of supermarket and wonderful beaches and towns. Callabria is spectacular!

Not a big issue, but a toaster would be highly appreciated. The bed was ok for one week.

Well maintained and well run villa and its surroundings with big terraces for each apartment with splendid views. Helpful hosts. A few nice beaches are a short drive away, such as Formicoli Beach with reasonable communal and commercial parking facilities and reasonable 'free' space at the beach. CONAD and COOP grocery shops about 5-7 minutes drive away (our preferred was smaller COOP for good selection and smaller crowds). One can hear music from resorts below in the evenings, but it usually stops before the midnight. To keep rooms from getting hot, one needs to keep the sun away during the day and let cooler breeze in during the evening/night by having windows open. This worked quite well with outside temperatures during the day just above 30C, while light sleepers may need to be aware of occasional noise from passing traffic from the hilly road behind the house (no issues with passenger cars, except for occasional trucks and dingy scooters).

Residenza Stefanelli is an absolutely charming place with a wonderful host who is always helpful. From the terrace there is a fascinating view of the sea. All my family members were thrilled here! We highly recommend it!

This place is gorgeous! It is in an excellent location with ocean view and watch sunset every evening. It also has a very beautiful and very well kept garden.

Hosts were very friendly! They left us a gift for our honeymoon and we could use fresh veggies and herbs from their garden. They also helped us a lot by giving some recommendations on excursions and where to go. Their english is good! Location is amazing with a beautiful view and close to Tropea and Capo Vaticano. Appartment was very clean and had enough utensils in the kitchen to cook for yourself. It has a very spacious balcony which is nice to eat and enjoy the sun. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou Santina and family.

No hairdryer and no sponge to clean dishes. It is quite challenging to reach the beach by foot. It's better to take the car.
