"Very comfortable bed, smart and modern bathroom."

Nice leafy location.

Kitchen functional but a little too rustic, inadequate worktop space. Property very dark overall, (furnishings and decor). Little, or no natural or artificial light near the mirrors, very difficult to apply makeup. Pillows very uncomfortable, even the softest one, flat and like slate.
