Великолепное расположение в центри старого Тбилиси! Апартаменты очень просторные и комфортные. Все продуманно и очень стильно выполнено. Замечателный чистый санузел с новейшей сантехникой. Место тихое и спокойное. Во внутреннем дворике живут два замечательных пса, милых и ласковых.

Не очень много мест для хранения одежды, не хватает небольшого платяного шкафчика.

В Тбилиси в 6ой раз и эти апартаменты пока мой личный топ. Удобное расположение, все рядом, свежий ремонт, много окон, два милых балкончика. Сотрудники и собственник очень отзывчивые и всегда готовые помочь. Тбилиси ван лов в очередной раз🫶🏼

По началу пахло канализацией из су, но вопрос решается проветриванием, включением вентиляции и закрытой дверью.
