Perfect location! The room was exceptionally tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially the host Beka. He was not only a polite host but also became our friend during these three days, sharing philosophical thoughts and treating us to a delicious dinner. Thank you for the wonderful experience in Tbilisi. We definitely want to visit again.

The location is gold, only 3' to central area. We enjoyed walking the old street of Tbilisi everyday we were there. The room is spacious, with all amenities you need. They also have washing machine and dryer which you can also use for free, a big plus for long travel! The self check-in is also easy and fast. This is a true gem, really can't beat when it comes to value-for-money. P/s: a small note is you will need to pay by cash.

The alley leading to the house is quite dark at night, but it is not a long walk anyway.

AMAZING location for money, a very nice and clean apartment. No coffee machine, but except for that everything was great. Defiantly will come back

First the hospitality was good. It was very warm inside and perfect for times we came from cold outside. It was so clean and cozy, had everything needed. The location was perfeeeect. We could go most of places walking, it’s literally in the heart of old Tbilisi. Very nice host, very nice quiet apartment. Definitely recommended!
