Appartment was clean

Check in was extremely difficult as I was traveling from overseas with no wifi or data! I had to spend tons of money taking phone out of airplane mode just to be able to check in to gain access to the room, extremely frustrating. Also, upon arrival, the building itself is hard to find, and not exactly in the best of areas... no signage at all. Have fun finding the place, especially when you don't even know how to check in. The room itself was WAY too cold, and you CANNOT control the heat. We had cover the AC vents with or suitcases to not freeze.

The room was very clean and quaint.

The door code to enter the premises was very confusing. It wouldn't let you enter the code before telling you there was an error, and the hosts were not helpful in resolving this. Luckily, we just kept pushing a bunch of numbers on the keypad until finally it let us enter the correct code. Also the location wasn't very nice.

It was very misrepresented. It said apartment. It was not. It was a room with a bathroom. The kitchen was shared. The neighborhood was dangerous and there was no parking I am very upset over the whole thing and will pay twice as much for a hotel my next trip. I didn’t even know how to check in until 4pm that day which was check in time. I was driving around Philly wondering about my booking. This place gets a big fat F. I would really like some money back.

Only the location, but the neighborhood looks not great, so be careful

We couldn’t sleep; they gave us the basement, and our room had the AC for the entire house, meaning that you could not control the temperature or fan of the AC. The fridge inside the room had some disturbing noise, and every time the compressor started on, it scared me and woke me up

Everything!! Able to park on the block. Very comfortable. Super clean

Very quiet and clean

Super bed, super TV, super bathroom!!!

Not so soundproof…
