The owner was prompt on meeting us on arrival and had breakfast ready the next morning . Great location for taking a cruise out of Civitavecchia

Very central in the old part of town. No noise and very convenient for a number of different restaurants. Excellent breakfast, included in the price. We were there to start a cruise. Frederica and Massimiliano couldn’t do enough for. Everything was no trouble. We were picked up from Rome airport and on the day of our cruise, taken right up to the ship.

The owner/operator was beyond amazing. Very attentive and helped us with our luggage. She also brought us breakfast the next morning. We did not expect the outstanding care provided by the owner/operator. We will definitely refer everyone we know to this property.

Federica and Massimiliano made us feel more like family staying. Very clean. Located in the center of town , but quiet. Nice breakfast too.

We felt like we lucked out finding this conveniently located jewel in Civitavecchia. The proprietor, Federica, went over the top in accommodating us. She even arranged transportation from the airport to her property and to the cruise ship terminal when we were ready to check out. Federica made the stay very special and welcomed us like family. The room was spotless, it was bright when you wanted it, and wonderfully dark when you drew the shades. She cooked us a delicious breakfast before we left and communication was easy and efficient through WhatsApp.

Not a thing, everything was perfect.

It was like home from home. Federico was an excellent host who couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. We had a really good night’s sleep which set us up for our holiday.
