Good location, clean, friendly host, great breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay

Federica was an excellent host! She went beyond my expectations and made my husband and I feel like family. She catered to everything from making travel arrangements with Massimiliano (very personable and helpful), coming to pick us up from Rome Airport to her apartment and then the cruise port. She brought fresh pastries and fruits to us every morning and visited with us over breakfast and her apartment is spotless and very comfortable. The bed was excellent. I highly recommend using this apartment for your trip. I look forward to returning there soon.

I'm so glad we stayed here. Although we only reserved for one day, it was such a wonderful stay - one of the best I've had. Frederica is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. She was very accommodating to our early check-in which we GREATLY appreciated after a long transcontinental flight. She also arranged for our transport from FCO by way of her husband, Massimiliano. An additional unexpected bonus is that she can provide you with a shiatsu massage too, which is her primary business! Of course, I took her up on it! She is super sweet and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat (and shop). Even though the kitchen is stocked with all varieties of coffee/tea, snacks, water, fruits and yogurts, she delivered breakfast goodies and made us some outstanding cappuccinos before we checked out (she is a former barista)! If I ever find myself in need of lodging in the area, I would not hesitate to book with her again. She truly took care of all our needs and I am very grateful for her help and accommodation. It's a 2-bedroom apartment in a secure building with an elevator so if you are a group of 4, it would be a perfect arrangement. We were fortunate to be able to book it even though there were only 2 of us so we had the entire place to ourselves. It's very clean and cozy and has all the amenities you need, whether for just one night or an extended vacation. We had the bedroom with a small balcony which was nice to be able to look outside and get some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine. The location is also extremely convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our stay in Civitavecchia was pre-cruise and we were able to walk to the cruise embarkation area the next day...it is only a couple of block away so it's super close by and there was no need for a taxi or Uber. If you are on the fence, just book it! You won't regret it.

There was a small issue with a motion sensor light that kept turning on but Federica was aware and it was to be repaired...but again we only stayed one night.

The hostess was very kind and nice. She helped us a lot.

Noisy lift.

The host was awesome. All the amenities were great! Host met us at the house and greeted us as we left. She arranged transportation for us due to the rain. Close to great food and beautiful neighborhood!

Everything was great!!!

Very comfortable space with a great location. I only wish we had come in a couple days early to enjoy the area. The hosts we extremely friendly and very available for all needs.
