Charming 2BR Apt in Old Tbilisi

The location is very good! The style is pretty and cultural

Шикарное расположение! Это маленькая уютная улочка в старом городе со всевозможными кафе, ресторанами, банками. Напротив огромный фуд-корт с кухнями разных стран и террасой на свежем воздухе, на первом этаже маркет. В пешей доступности находится атмосферная барахолка с уютным кафе и пианино, где можно поиграть. До метро 10 мин пешком.

Не работал фен и стиральная машина. Нас было трое девочек и мы сушили головы кондиционером, который там стоял как вентилятор( каждый день писали хозяину, что у нас проблема. Он просто писал «пришлите мне видео на емэйл» и каждый день одно и то же. Проблему не решил и со стиральной машиной, которая не отжимает. Мы вручную стирали и вещи сохли три дня( когда мы попросили поздний выезд (всего лишь на 6 часов позже), он отказал. На букинге эти дни были свободны. Это единственное что омрачило наш чудесный отдых! Берите с собой фен и побольше одежды:)

Очень атмосферное место. Отличная чистая квартира с хорошим расположением, есть стиральная машинка.

The location is in central downtown that is close to tourist locations, restaurants and bars.

We experienced 2 nights without lights in the receiving area which makes us harder to move. Longer stay is not advisable because no one cleans the property. The property handler did not allow us to have late check out.

The apartment is situated in a nice neighborhood of Tbilisi with many bars and restaurants next to it, but it’s really the only thing it’s got going.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building with very narrow stairs: forget it if you have suitcases. The 2 bedroom is actually a one bed, with a mezzanine on top of the bathroom. That would be fine in practice but the bathroom had many problems: first no hot water for 24h, and then a regurgitation problem from the pipes that made it smell like hell. Adding to this, everything in the apartment is kinda shaky: the faucet moves and leaks, same for the lamps. Communication with the host is difficult, as they try to sell you tours and data but will not be willing to help when things go wrong. Lastly, the place is very very noisy with cars making drifts in the street in front. I would not come back.

The location of the property was great. Right in the middle of old Tbilisi.

The surroundings of the property was unkempt. The steps are too steep and difficult to navigate. The second room is in the loft and can only be accessed by a ladder.
