Everything and excellent location.

Only slight negative, there isn’t air con. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was adequate for the time of year

The apartment is very centrally located and is great.the apartment was very clean and tidy.up on first floor good view of pool and plaza area loved the bedroom celing fan.had all you needed kitchen was fab all the bits you need.shower had all mod cons.TV was in Spanish..but who watches tv on holiday. but only one downer the balcony chairs have had their day.one you could not sit on seating area was shot.the other chair had 6 weeks in it with us heavy bods.but the apartment gets the thumbs up from me.

Lovely apartment, pool and location- perfect! !

The property had everything we needed for a self catering break. There were cafes close to the apartment if you wanted to eat out for breakfast and a supermarket if you fancy eating in. The property was very clean and I would highly recommend it and if returning would have no hesitation in staying there.

It was in a perfect location, it was very clean and had everything we needed to be home from home.

Fantastic location in centre of Costa Teguise; very modern decor with great facilities. Extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Even had washing up liquid, cloths, washing machine detergent, herbs and spices and more so nice touches for self-catering. Nice big south facing balcony and lovely communal pool. Would definitely return

This is a lovely, modern apartment located in an excellent location . Despite being close to shops , supermarkets, bars and restaurants, there are no noise issues. The apartment is well equipped and includes a washing machine , microwave and dishwasher. The owners have tried to think of everything you could need during your stay and provided it. They even left us dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing detergent plus the kitchen has everything you need for self catering including spices , cooking oil, salt ,pepper and a wide selection of utensils, pots and pans. There is a great sized balcony furnished with a table , 2 chairs , parasol and 1 sun bed . The apartment also has a lovely pool area which is hardly used by the other residents . We used the pool area everyday and had it to ourselves. Monica showed us around the apartment , explained how things worked and left her phone number in case we had any problems which we did not! Monica is very helpful and even booked our taxi to the airport. This was our 2nd time staying at the apartment and will certainly not be our last! We are already trying to work out when we can return.

The water pressure in the shower was set very low which meant showering and washing my long hair took longer than usual.
