Nice apartment in a smallish complex in a quiet area with partial sea views and morning sun. A short walk along the cliff path to the marina with a range of restaurants, bars etc.

The location of the holiday home is amazing! i spent most of my time on the balcony from the bedroom as the views of Papagayo beach and the sea are just breathtaking. Very quiet and well kept complex, Jose the host is very easy to communicate with and was very kind in letting me arrive a little early which was much appreciated. The pool is unheated but i am used to that in Lanzarote. You are close to a great Hiperdino and can access everything in the area by foot or by bus, cannot wait to return :)

The only thing i would say is the downstairs/living area is maybe a little dated and dark - someone else left a review about this and i would have to agree, but as i spent most of my time upstairs and outdoors, so it really was not too much of an issue. I hope to return so not enough to put me off!!

Convenient for local supermarket, bus stop, marina with shops and restaurants, beautiful beaches.

Some maintenance and general improvements needed and deep clean. New dishwasher and washing machine excellent. Better lighting needed in bathroom and bedroom. Also bathroom extractor fan. Had to clean bad mould off bathroom tiles
