Playa Flamingo C

The location was perfect, within a minute to the promenade and beach. No problems with accessing the property on our arrival. Very clean and tidy. Tea bags/coffee etc a nice touch. Bed linen and towels changed weekly and regular cleaning throughout our stay. Lovely to have a washing machine and oven during our 28 night stay

The mosquitoes which seem to have feasted on us after the weather turned very humid, less windy and the palm trees were pruned/tidied up along the pedestrianised roadway down towards the promenade/beach.

Close to beach and shops,bars

To early book out and no where to leave cases if late flight,dream homes very helpful,and you should tell customers that apartments are on tui blue flamingo beach hotel grounds behind shops

The location is fantastic. Minutes from the beautiful Flamingo Beach and within walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Management Company were excellent especially Guja.

Bedroom Aircon didn’t work well.

The bed was uncomfortable, kept banging legs on wooden surround as mattress not the right size for the frame Found a discarded adhesive label from a sanitary towel under the bed. So not been cleaned under the bed The service road was very noisy at night when restaurants put out their bins. Noise travelled through the walls of the bungalow could here adjoining rooms. ie a lady screaming at her companion extremely loud during the night and in the morning. The apartment wasn't cleaned to a good standard, found a long dark hair in the cutlery drawer. The mop was very dirty. Sofa bed not very comfy. Very poor quality toilet paper. Towels a bit too small to wrap around yourself. Couldn't use the freezer part as door wouldn't open due to frosting. Some of the plates had to be washed before use. Cushions on sunbeds quite thin so a bit uncomfortable to use. Tea and coffee sachets a bit old.

We had an issue with 4 of the ceiling lights, this was reported but never fixed.

Location is excellent with a wonderful view. Guja from Dream Homes was a great contact and very helpful. Apartment is modern and has all you need for a comfortable holiday. Aircon in bedroom didn’t work so well but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Nice location with a partial sea view from the patio. Clean , comfortable and large accomodation with plenty of room to stretch out. Walking distance to beach and bars , restaurants and small supermarkets. Close to town and ferry terminal. Easy driving distance to major attractions and spectacular Papagayo beaches .

Parking was not close to the apartment and was not private, usually street parking , if available or in a parking lot around the corner. Had to pay to use the air conditioning , however we did not need it at this time of year, also bedroom window opened onto a public space, so we were not able to leave it open.
