Super cool movie room, very nice interior design and loved the smart lighting!

Parking can be hard to find :(

Wonderful accommodation near Lake Iseo with a fantastic cinema room, comfortable bed, good and modern bathroom and a kitchen with all amenities you need. We didn’t miss the dishwasher 😉. Contact with Cristina was smooth and nice. Spaces are in front of the house, but you can also park next to the library or in front of a building for older people. We had no problems with that, there is always enough space. This apartment is very modern with domotica. We really liked it a lot and will highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything, Cristina!

Noting! And I nearly forgot to mention: the host takes also care for breakfast! You will find it in the fridge and on a trolley in the kitchen.

A wonderful appartement full of great surprises ( home cinéma, vinils.. Coffee. Snacks and drinks)

The location is close to the lake however you need to have a car or bike.

- Unique apartment, everything is with domotica. Also Amazon's Alexa is in the household, so you can shout some commands at it, preferably in Italian. - Special "cinema room", very cozy, with different possibilities (music, bar, movie, ...). Netflix is preinstalled. - Closeby good pizzeria and bakery - Nice personal touch with shower gels in animal shape for our children. Also a bit of toys present and the child corner on top was really appreciated by our son.

- Finding parking in the neighborhood can be tricky, and you have to change every 2 hours your parking disk. - The electronics were sometimes hard to understand easily. - Not really for a big family (with young children). I would recommend this for a couple, or perhaps with older children, but the fact that the stairs were easily accessible for toddlers is not ideal. - The absence of a dishwasher was surprising seeing the rest of the possibilities in the apartment. - Climbing the winding stairs with a lot of luggage was a good exercise.

It was an amazing stay and felt quite luxurious for the price paid. A real diamond of a find. As soon as you entered, the house smelled great, laundry was freshly made, great amenities, great value for money. The house was completely smart-ified, had a movie & vinyl room, we got a cute welcome wine and snacks, the Wifi was great and speedy, perfect for remote work if you have to, also with plenty workspaces. Fridge was also stocked with juices, milk, there were plenty breakfast snacks and coffee (no buffet style like the description stated tho - however, wasn’t a problem). Cristina (the host) was veeery quick to respond, super friendly, helpful and accommodating.

- It’s not very easily accessible, very steep spiral staircase (hurt my knees and felt slightly neck-breaky) - so if that’s an issue for you, would not recommend. Otherwise fine. - Parking was a slight pain, there was a square right outside, but neighbors were competitive, so usually it was full by the evening. Also had to go out and change the parking disk every 2 hours. Other options were in the area though, so you could still find parking, just had to walk further. - Not the hosts fault, but not a lot to do food-wise in the direct area, and (maybe due to off-season) often things were closed. So we had to plan a lot and drive.

Well designed unique apartment with breakfast included. Communication with the host was smooth.

modern appartment in the middle of the town over three storeys. tastefully furnished with lots of extras and all clean. host was responsive and very helpful when needed, but no personal interaction. parking is on public car parks nearby. appartment has digital system installed for lights and windowshades, which can get challenging if you are not used to this. no window in basement livingroom but nice balcony on top floor. breakfast is dry/fridge stuff provided to do yourself.
