MYonly the pool coz i came here previously my kids like the swimming pool
most of it..its very old and not kept properly, the bed and pillow are dirty and odd smell, no toiketries , no breakfast but it more expensive than hotel unit, i just get to know this is in the hotel but different owner unit and not under the hotel it self, wrongly booked and not happy. ther is not even water bottle provided
MYi like how the room is dark concept, its very aesthetic, however, if the lights at the main entrance of the room is working, it would be less scary ๐ i like how there is a speaker in the room for guests to use, as i love having background music

I immediately contacted the owner using the phone number provided by Booking.com, but unfortunately, they refused to either clean the studio, change it for another unit, or provide me with a refund. This situation has caused me great inconvenience, and I believe it is not acceptable according to the Booking.com standards. MYI like the environment of the place. And view are superb.
Room are not well care. Front light not operate. So dark when u want to enter house. No cutlery provided. To small.
MYMYThe room floor was dusty. The TV controls don't function Broken and unkept furniture The bed sheet and blanket has uncleaned odour Why I pay RM 75 for room cleaning. It's a rip off. Paying RM 338 did not meet to the value standards. Very disappointed....

cleanliness of bath room.. the floor are dirty unusable stuff under the sink area. wall paper tearing off the wall. the iron are not clean...cause stain on my white long sleeve got unpleasant stain on couch...

pool is closed on weekdays.so many plug cannot be used.some light cannot on and some parts of wallpaper have been torn.it looks messy
