The apartment was excellent, with all the necessary amenities in great condition, including the washing machine, oven, hot plate, and room heater. Ms. Tina, the caretaker, was incredibly kind and supportive. She even accommodated an early check-in since there were no other guests at the time. Her hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.

However, the hot water in the kitchen and wash basin took some time to heat up, so we occasionally had to use cold water. The kettle and bread toaster were a bit old, and the bathroom temperature was quite cold, but overall, it was still a comfortable stay.

Location, nice style, amazing host

It is not as new as on photos + in winter season it a bit cold, especially in the shower

The property is near to everything in the middle of the old town Its very near to liberty square You can find a 24/7 super market next to the apartment Its cozy and i could finish my laundry before i travel Neighborhood is quite comparing to the other streets because of the bars and clubs The helper is so kind each 2 days she come to ask me if i need anything Almost all the things to do in tbilisi could be madr by walking from the apartment

The ladies who are responsible for the hotel are very kind .They just want to make your stay comfortable .the room is very cozy and warm.u feel home.
