Lantai rumah dan toilet bersih. Kaunter registration ok, friendly. View dr bilik nampak laut.

Sofa terlalu uzur sampai nak duduk pun rasa x selesa, a.k.a kotor dan berhabuk Kolam renang x boleh guna. Kotor. Penutup parit keliling kolam pun dah pecah2. Court tennis/ badminton kotor. Kawasan keliling apartment, rumput terlalu panjang. Tak layak utk diberi sewa dan diduduki. Keseluruhan perabot sgt usang. Unit kami duduki 2-2 mengecewakan.
