the ease of transaction ...it was silk smooth...i never met the owner but got apartment keys smoothly and payment also made in cash but through local bank tailoring machine...it was cake walk. Surrounding area was nothing but old Tbilishi with cobble paved roads and it is very near to all attractions in the city

may be a small electrical lifting arrangement in the backside courtyard would help family travelers to shift heavy luggage's to first floor. look forward to this for our next visit !

1.Location is very good. 2.Clean. 3.Air conditioning is working well. 4. Balcony had awesome view to the center, where each day concerts are ongoing

1. There were not any basic supplies except toilet paper. 2. Apartment is located on top of the restaurant. 3. Entrance to the apartment is from backyard where you need additional lighting at night when you need to go up the stairs.
