Not suitable for families. only 1 double bed. Natural gas leakage from the heater. unpleasant landowner. Even the entrance of the building shows everything..!

We needed a place in this area of the city and we needed to live with animals so these things met my expectations. We came early in the morning and the owner met us (though we had to wait on the street for a while).

The place is quite far from city center so it's very overpriced. Even though it says there are room for 3 adults it's actually fits only two because the sofa is impossible to sleep on - it's old, narrow and bumpy. The main problem of the apartment is the bathroom. First of all there is a bad smell in there. The shower flows in any direction besides the one you need it to. You can use hot water only for 2 minutes after that you had to wait about 5 min for it to come back. I don't how how it works but first time we used it we thought it was gone forever.

Location is at Tsereteli avenue 10 min walk (2 bus stops) from Tsereteli subway station. Bus stop is near the property (1-2 min walk). Get yourself a Metrocard (valid for busses and subways) and public transport app (Google or Yandex Maps) to get travel directions. Bus displays showing arrival time at the bus stops are pretty accurate. 24h SPAR shop is nearby — at the bus stop.

Prepare a lot of change (5, 10, 20 tetri, i.e. 0.05, 0.10, 0.20 lari) for the elevator to the 7th floor (though walking by feet is nice for health). Get yourself a flashlight to navigate in the night — lamps on the floors are usually working, but ground entrance is dark.
