I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili nel venire incontro alla nostra richiesta di check-in anticipato e la casa era pulita, in ordine, in una posizione molto comoda e con il parcheggio accanto. Tutto perfetto.

Все великолепно 🤩 Хозяина дружелюбные) у меня был очень поздний заезд и хозяева дождались, встретили, проводили до ресторана который работал в такой поздний час. Огромное спасибо 😊

big free public parking. safely gated. spacious, clean, quiet, friendly and accomodating host. location very close to the golf course and shopping center.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There was a supermarket across the road and lots of cafes in the area for coffee and brioche. We enjoyed walking around the area and enjoying the scenery. The property is in a secure location and communication with the owner was easy.

The kitchen facilities were limited, for example, I did not find any coffee cups. This was only a minor issue as we were not planning to cook meals.

Worst owner ever! After realizing the a/c is actually nothing but a fan, in only the bedroom, and that the "single bed" is a simple foldable bed (not before the owner tried to charge us extra for it, even though the reservation was for a double *and* a single) – we asked to cancel, as due to health issues it is impossible for us to sleep on a foldable bed (the single bed being foldable was not mentioned anywhere). However, the owner insisted on getting paid for full 6 days, even though we did not stay there for more than an hour. When we involved Booking, he lied and said he doesn't speak English at all and refused any refund. Again: we didn't stay at all because conditions were different than advertised, and Impossible for us. Also, the "excellent" breakfast was nothing more than 6 cakes or buns and 6 croissants wrapped in nylon, as a "breakfast" for six days forward. If you're looking for a nice room, with a double bed, a fan and some snacks, owned by a greedy man who lies about the property – that is the property for you. You have a nice place and good reviews. I am sure if you advertised exactly what you give – people would still come. Why you would lie and insist on keeping other people's money you don’t deserve for the nothing you gave in return - is beyond me. Disgraceful!
