OLD TBILISI Terrace, Spotless Apartment 9,4 Rating

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful terrace was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment, including pans, glasses, plates, a microwave, and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels, slippers, and toiletries, which made our stay even more comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. A special thank to host, Natia, She made us feel at home from the very beginning. We had a fantastic time and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The terrace and the view from it are even more beautiful than in the pictures. The city center is only 15 minutes away from the apartment, but beware that it's at the top of a very steep hill. The host was very friendly and helpful to us.

Rooms are smaller than they seem in pictures. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The closet we had in our room was very creaky. The hygiene was okay overall, but could be improved because some of our towels were stained and some drawers were dirty. Also it can get very noisy because some of the guests are climbing the metal stairs that lead to the terrace, even at night. The free parking near apartment wasn't very accessible to us, so we had to park elsewhere.

Шикарное местоположение, крутые террасы на территории, очень рекомендую. Недалеко находится канатная дорога. В номере очень чисто, есть стиральная машина. Хозяева приветливые и доброжелательные.

Лучше предупреждайте гостей, что на авто к вам лучше подъезжать по улице Поликарпа Кокабадзе и там и оставить машину. Если поехать на адрес по навигатору - можно получить множество стресса, даже для опытного водителя.

Great view and nice location, close to many historical and tourist objects. It was easy to find, but keep in mind that if you do not want to take taxi, it will be complicated to bring your suitcase up to the apartment, as it is located on the hill. The owner was nice and helped us with everything, they even took our payment in EUR as we didn’t have time to exchange the money to GEL, which was very kind of them. The apartment had everything that you need - washing machine, dryers, kettle, fridge and many more for comfortable stay. They even provide you with multiple towels and comforting blankets.

It was a bit chilly in the room
