I chose flat with balcony. There was no balcony!!! There was a someone's walk in laundry drying space. Wake up from someone outside right at my flat window person hanging drying laundry. Anyone could walk through my balcony, and do they laundry

The owners were welcoming and very responsive. The room was very nice and warm. They also had a terrace with a beautiful view.

The property is located in the Old city of Tbilisi. It is very close to the main street, which leads to the city center. Metro and bus stations are close as well, but you can go everywhere on foot. The view from the terrace was really amazing! You can see the whole old and new town. We went there to watch fireworks on Orthodox New Year’s Eve, as well as sunrises. We also oftentimes encountered a friendly kitty on our front terrace. 🥰 The Old city is located in the hills, so be prepared to walk uphill (gotta burn all the calories from khachapuris 😅) All in all, the location was the best part of this accommodation and the host was kind and helpful.

I almost never point out the bad sides, unless absolutely necessary. I am sorry I have to say that our room wasn’t as clean as it should be. The bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed after the people who were there before us and it also had stains. We had to cover pillowcases with our own towels. We found lots of hairs in the bed and in the towels. The blanket was crumpled up in a drawer, also with God knows whose hairs… We also found stains and hairs in the fridge, shelves with dishes were also dirty… We were missing toilet paper and shower gel. I advise the owners to put towels, hairdryer and disposable slippers in the room description, because they provide that. I brought my own hairdryer although I didn’t have to. I would attach more photos but it allows only 4. Again I am so sorry to write this negative comment, but I hope it motivates the owners to pay more attention to cleanliness. The property has the potential to be one of the best in Tbilisi but this type of cutting corners is unacceptable and I’m telling you this as an ex host on the booking platform. All the best. ❤️
