Modern Apartment Avlabari

The location was good – close to the city center but still quiet, which was a big plus. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. One particularly convenient feature was the option to park for free right in front of the building.

We were a group of four, but the apartment was only partially prepared for our arrival. There was one double bed and a fold-out sofa, but unfortunately, the sofa had not been made up – there were no pillows or blanket provided for it. This was surprising, considering the booking was clearly for four people. Also, no towels were available, and although a few pillowcases and towels were hanging on the drying rack, we weren’t sure if we were supposed to use them. Another issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, which may be unpleasant for non-smokers.

The apartment looks just like in the picture. Spacious and clean. But pathetic bathroom, so tiny that you can't get to the shower without bumping at things or the wall. The shower spray is so sharp it will cut through your skin. It also keeps spraying cold water in the middle

When it comes to accommodation, a paramount expectation is customer service and, unfortunately, my recent stay at this apartment was an utter disappointment. Firstly, the hot water supply was unreliable at best. The shower sprayed ice-cold water intermittently, making each morning a true wakeup call of Siberian proportions. You might have a thick skin for rudeness, but cold showers in the morning will remain thoroughly disagreeable. Secondly, the payment arrangements were farcical. We were asked to leave our money in a key safe with public access, a request we obviously declined. We offered to meet the owner and pay in person, but he refused bluntly, explaining that interaction with guests is not included in his service. We were speechless at his utter disregard for our concerns and comfort. When we expressed our need for local travel assistance, the owner’s casual disregard morphed into outright rudeness. He refused to help us, forcing us, significantly suddenly, to head out and purchase a SIM card to plan our commutes on our own. While we were out, he littered our Whatsapp chat with abusive messages, accusing us baselessly of cheating. Returned from the SIM card detour, we deposited the money in the key safe adhering to his strange preference, only to receive a chillingly pleasant demeanor from him. His sudden change was unsettling and disappointing. Finally, on the day of our departure, as we were waiting for our pre-booked taxi, he drove up only to ignore us purposefully and headed straight to our driver to engage in conversation. This level of ignorance and unprofessionalism was thoroughly their conduct throughout our stay. In conclusion, this was a horrible accommodation experience. For anyone seeking a safe and comfortable apartment with professional service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The chilly showers matched only by the frosty landlord's attitude. Trust me on this one; you can and should find better.

I went with my family of 4. 1. Location - The place is very near to Avlabari Metro Station, it's close to the most tourist points of Tbilisi, it's got many restaurants and cafe's nearby. Great location. 2. Apartment - The apartment itself is great. The heating, kitchen, facilities are all good. There are enough blankets and towels. 3. Cleanliness - it is a clean place, well kept. 4. Host - Host was attentive to our needs, assisted us whenever we required. 5. Price - It is really pocket friendly.

It was a great place, but could use some improvement. The building access could be better. The bed could be better

Good apartment for 3 people; Location was also ok, there are several shops around, public transport stop, it takes ~15 min to get to the old town by walking. There were fridge, cooker, electric kettle and microwave. Plus wash machine The owner was really helpful:)

Small issues with a couch and laud bed. The bathroom is pretty small; Windows going to the road side and as a result there are a lot of noise, when they are opened (even at night)

Only one double bed. Sofa bed is broken. Bathroom is very very small. Hardly 3 square feets area of bathroom.

Its very good in the middle of center

The location is near to old town just walking distance. Comfortable and newly renovated apartment. Quite. And easy to deal with the owner.

The apartment is located in the second floor and there is no lift available,if you have a lot of heavy luggage this is not recommended. The downside is no bidet available int the toilet.
