L'emplacement, mise à part cela pas grand-chose de positif dans cet appartement. Il est bruyant les appartements autour sont tous en travaux ce qui fait que nous avons eu du bruit régulièrement jusqu'à minuit et très tôt le matin

Lors de notre arrivée le propriétaire nous dit que l'appartement que nous avons loué n'est pas disponible. Il nous propose donc une option qui est évidemment moins bien et surtout sans aucune réduction du tarif et pairment en liquide et sans quittance. Mais avant il nous demande d'annuler la réservation sur Booking, lui de son côté, fait une annulation sans frais. C'est donc une arnaque et malheureusement booking ne veut pas nous aider ou même prendre en compte notre réclamation après cette annulation. Il ne nous a pas été possible d'appeler booking le jour même puisque nous n'avions pas de forfait d'appel depuis la Géorgie. Donc méfiez-vous des logements trop beaux 4 étoiles qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité

Burayı ayarladığımızdan itibaren bizimle hemen iletişime geçildi ve her konuda sorularımızı hemen cevapladı yardımcı oldu. Konumu çok iyiydi bizim ayırdığımız daire olmamasına rağmen bize yeni yapılmış upgrade ettikleri bir daire verdiler. Dairede kullanılabilecek her türlü mutfak malzemesi ekstra battaniye yorgan havlular vardı ve her şey çok temizdi. Sahibi eşyalarımızı hem geldiğimizde hem de çıkarken taşımamıza yardım etti. Arabamız için kapalı park yeri olması avantajı çok iyiydi. Daireden yürüyerek görülmesi gereken her şeyi gördük. Fünikülere çok yakındı ve oradaki eventten döndüğümüzde gidişimiz çok kolay oldu. Her şey için teşekkürler.

I have booked that place for the second time as far as it met all my needs. It is stylish, made with great taste, furnished, cozy and good as accommodation and as place for some creative projects.

Perhaps they only good thing about this property is the location, and nothing else.

Avoid at all costs! This felt more like a scam than a legitimate accommodation! 1. The location itself is decent, but the building is filthy and looks nothing like the photos in the listing. 2. The host only accepts cash and provides no receipt, a setup that makes it easy to scam guests later (which happened to me). 3. I was given a completely different apartment than the one advertised, and the host refused to refund the money I paid upon arrival. 4. Although early check-in was confirmed during booking, I ended up waiting over 6 hours past the agreed time. I was exhausted from travel, which made me more vulnerable, and the host did deliver a dirrent apartment and then deny any refund. 5. The next day, the host offered me yet another apartment, also in unacceptable condition. 6. The apartment I received was a disaster: uncomfortable beds, a ruined sofa you sink into, holes in the walls, broken doors, it was barely livable! 7. For far less money, you can find much better places, especially on Airbnb. 8. I paid 1200 GEL for less than 24 hours in this awful apartment and left the next day. I booked a new place on Airbnb for a better price and was relieved I didn’t accept the host’s other offers. 9. When I returned the key, the host promised a partial refund, then disappeared and stopped answering my calls. 10. Unfortunately, Booking.com couldn’t help much since I paid in cash and had no receipt. 11. This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. It made me seriously reconsider ever returning to Georgia. 12. Don’t be fooled by the polished photos, they hide the reality. You may not even get the apartment shown in the listing.
