Keittiöstä löytyi tarvittavat välineet. Pyykkikone ja kuivausrumpu myös. Kohtalaisen siisti. Sijainti oli hyvä.

Asunnon ulko-ovea oli vaikea löytää. Portaikossa joutui arvaamaan oikean oven. Puhelinsoittoon ei vastattu. Lakanat olivat surkeat. Pesuhuone haisi pahalle. Pyykkikoria, johon lakanat pyydettiin jättämään, ei löytynyt . Pihalla olevan baarin melu kuului sisälle noin klo viiteen asti.
