Расположение удобное, квартирка очень атмосферная

Была сломана дверь входная, и мы периодически застревали дома либо не могли войти, потом пришел хозяин и чинил часа 3, вроде больше не ломалось

Апартаменты роскошные , пожалуй , даже лучше , чем на фото ! Все сделано с большим вкусом . Планировка идеальная , мы проживали вчетвером , но так удачно разделены зоны двух спален , что никто никому не мешал , два санузла тоже очень кстати . Балкончики - это отдельная история , один краше другого . Расположение прекрасное , все в пешей доступности . Отличный , гостеприимный хозяин апартаментов . С большим удовольствием вернемся вновь !!!

Spacious and calm, veranda and the balcony. Beautiful roses at the veranda

Everything worked smoothly. Maybe an extra blanket could have helped but no big deal…

Lovely apartment with a lot of character perfectly situated in walking distance from the main attractions of Tbilisi. The owner and his wife were very responsive to our requests and welcoming!

We want to cordially thank the owner, Levan, for this excellent stay! The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet (and still within the reach of the main attractions), the apartment is spacious and has very nice balconies. Last but not least, Levan was willing to help us and answered my message very swiftly and in a very friendly way.

"Great family stay"

Central location, good friendly host, the apartment was in good, clean condition and was very cozy. The host was able to pick us up from airport and our parents and he provided us with parking spot, but you need to let him know about it in advance.

Very minimal toiletries.

Beautiful apartment and very comfortable beds. We appreciated the washing machine and tea kettle!

The address as in Booking.com is mis-leading; you need to click on the "get directions" to get the actual flat number vs the block number. 2 of the 3 of us got dropped off by Bolt about 2 blocks away.
