It is one of the most comfortable apartments in Tbilisi so far. Spacious, comfortable, clean. With heated floors, balcony, fully equipped kitchen. Central location, with shops and cafes across the street. I have to complement an amazing host, Maya, for easy communication and hospitality. twelve out of ten.

Exceptional apartment with a good location next to Rustaveli Street with a good connection by bus or subway. Spacious, cozy and beautifully designed by host.

A little noisy, especially when the Georgians win football match ;-), but probably it isn't defense against it.

The owner was waiting for us, even though we arrived very late. Maia is very friendly and helping, she helped us to find food at midnight!
