The property was very cozy and the host was very welcoming. It's not that far from the center and there are plenty of shops nearby. I recommend staying at this property.

Location is good, close to the city.

My 4-night stay at "Rate Jordans Rooms 4" in Thessaloniki was a disaster from the start. The host's attitude raised red flags immediately. He pressured me to rush for check-in, despite my slight delay after traveling through two countries, because he was eager to leave for night drinks. Very unprofessional behavior. Oddly, he even greeted us holding two rolls of toilet paper. The issues didn’t stop there. From day one, the shower didn’t work, and I had to borrow tools from a friend to fix it myself. The most serious problem was the bed bug infestation, which ruined our holiday and left me with painful bites requiring medication for weeks. The cleanliness of the property was abysmal. The linens and towels were smelly, and the old bed and poor-quality bed sheets need urgent replacement. The entire place feels neglected and poorly maintained. However, the owner surprisingly agreed to a refund and provided a small compensation toward my medical expenses. While I appreciate this gesture, the property still needs professional management and significant improvements to meet even basic hospitality standards. Until these changes are made, I would advise caution when booking. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced.

I can higly recommend this place, but if you want to improve something, some more cutlery would be useful.

No wash machine and clothes rack

The host was an incredible person, kind and always smiling and willing to help. The location was very good, next to the train station where all busses pass by, so transportation around the city is very easy. The Center is relatively near in a walkable distance. I recommend walking rather than taking the bus, you see and explore the city. The apartment has well equipped facilities, cozy and beautiful.

The review would have been a 10, but the wooden plates under the bed would fall as soon as we sit on it. We were putting them back, but still would fall again resulting in making a hole while trying to sleep. And the hair drier is an old one or overused where you can easily burn yourself and sometimes it turns off, it overheats a lot.

Everything was perfect. It is near One Salonica shopping mall,so yuu can go there by foot,or to the center by foot,too,but you need a little more time for it,about 20 minutes. I like this apartment,it is so calm,for real relax. We took a place in a garage,at the same floor where we were,and it was a few steps from our apartment,- I could go even in pyjama there by the night! I love Thessaloniki,and I am sure that I'll come and be here again,in Jordan's room! Thanks for everything to kind host!
