Fairly nice location away from the city water front. Also near the old kapani market and some nice restaurants nearby.

In the basement of the block of flats there’s a vehicle body shop and sometimes the fumes are so strong you can’t breathe when travelling in the lifts. Room 7 had the bathroom sink waste pipe detached and water was draining onto the electric water heater which was very dangerous. The bathroom floor was always wet with a water leak also from the toilet.

Was clean and had good air con. Lovely balcony too (not much of a view but good for sun). Decent location only 5/10 minute walk from the main areas

Gave me the wrong apartment number which resulted in me trying to get into an occupied room. Was a little hard to find originally, not many signs to lead the way

The location is amazing! Lots of restaurants and bars near by and close to the waterfront. The price for us was really affordable, however we would have definitely paid more or found another space that was more clean and had better responses from the owner.

The room was not the room that is pictured, but instead another apartment with the same layout on the same floor. It was very gross, the dishes were not washed with lipstick stains and food on them and no sponge was provided. There was no toilet paper upon arrival (luckily I had tissues with me and then we had to buy our own toilet paper). The bathroom leaked water (apparently coming from the AC) and the floor was soaking wet, we had to use the shower towels provided to mop up the water each day (we were provided more towels after I called to complain). There was no shower curtain or microwave as seen in the photo above which caused some inconvenience for us and we felt misled. The owner of the property was very unresponsive to my messages and complaints, only until I called was anything done and even that was bare minimum fix of the many issues we messaged about. I didn’t feel they really care too much about the situation or people staying there. After reading all the good reviews of this place I was severely disappointed. I would only stay here if you are there short term (1-2 nights max)

The location was very good

1.) The AC was leaking A LOT OF WATER. We messaged but it wasn’t fixed. We were told it was due to overuse but it was 30 degrees at night and the flat was very hot. 2.) One of the electric hobs wouldn’t stop beeping after being used. We were told to turn off the job which we did but it continued to beep very pudor until it cooled down which was about 5 minutes. 3.) The door handle came off from the inside which wasn’t a very nice touch. The door to the balcony didn’t close properly which meant that you could hear everything from the very busy street. 4.) The drain in the shower was just a hole in the shower with no cover which wasn’t a nice sight. 5.) There were also no bins outside the building where you can take the trash out. Had to walk to the Main Street to look for a bin even though we were told there was a bin outside the building. 6.) The Lock Box with the keys was wide opened which meant that anyone could have been inside the flat before we got in. There was a couple next to us checking in and they took a key out of the box and by accident opened our door because they just took all the keys that were in the unlocked box. VERY UNSAFE!
