Stylish 3-Bedroom Apartment & Terrace

Very clean, excellent facilities, great location

I didn't disklike anything TBH

It is a top-floor, bright, relatively spacious flat and it has a huge balcony with (side) sea views. The location is probably its best bonus, as it's very near to the town's 'old beach', with some good 'tsipouradika' Greek meze restaurants just around the corner. From the other side, it is also just around the corner from a busy high street too with lots of shops and links to the city.

The lock box from which we'd collect the keys was not that easy to find. It was like playing hidden treasure. When we entered the flat, all appliances were unplugged. Also, we could not locate the WIFI on our phones and had to reset the router and connect with the factory settings. Some blinds in the living room were not fitted properly and would not pull down, we had to fix this ourselves. Many of the lights in the flat had some lightbulbs missing or not working at all. In short, the flat is ambitious but not maintained properly. There was also dust in some areas of the flat, e.g. on top of some of the lights. We even found a cigarette butt on the floor. Two issues about the title of the listing: the flat is promoted as 'stylish'. It's kitsch. And the hammock you see in the pictures is a joke, you simply can't use it. But the worst of all is that it's sold as a three-bedroom flat, when the third so-called bedroom is just a small room where they've fitted in a small sofa bed. We were not even sure if it would be possible to open it and even if so, you'd have to push the television aside. Please see photo. Quite frankly, we really didn't think this is worth the rate that they charge and considered complaining but decided not to bother. In short, not a bad flat at all, but they need to (a) maintain it more properly, (b) lower the rent
