Very good property for family vacation! The quality/price ratio is perfect. The host Mr. Thanasis is very helpful and welcoming. The property is first-line to the beach (and close to several other beaches too). The apartment was very clean. Nice shower gels/shampoos in individual bottles. Liquid hand soap in bigger dispenser. The lighting in the apartment is good - reading light for each bed, and night lights under the beds too. Enough electric outlets to charge your devices. The kitchenette is enough to prepare a simple food (hotplates, microwave, big fridge) but there are enough places around with great food - whether you'd choose traditional Greek food, home-cooked takeaway or pasta and pizza, at reasonable prices too. Walking distance to restaurants and super-markets. Free sunbeds on the beach. We parked our car just in front of the property, but we stayed in the end of the season, so it wasn't crowded anyways. We recommend this property.

My son said the single bed was a bit hard for his taste.

The location is perfect, really close to a wonderful, free-access beach with crystal-clear waters. We didn't wish to travel far from Thessaloniki, so the town of Potidea was the ideal destination for us, as it is near the city and offers easy access to the rest of the Chalkidiki peninsula. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing sea view. Last, but not least, the host is very kind and helpful, a true representative of the Greek hospitality. We would very gladly revisit!

The kitchenette would use some renovation and the bathroom didn't have a proper shower cabin. But, to be honest, the rest made it up for us!

We had the big apartment in House A, first row to the sea, and very much enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with view of the beach. Thanasis and Jelena are perfect hosts, always available when needed, always friendly and helpful with any recommendations you may seek. They renovated the apartment luxuriously and sensibly, and everything was very clean. Nea Potidea was not very touristy (at least not mid of September), you have mostly Greeks around, which feels nice. The location is very convenient to explore Kassandra and also to go to Sithonia.

It was a real pity that the beach was full of seaweed - of course this is not the owner´s fault but neglect of the village´s administration. It would just have made our experience perfect as we love to make long walks on the beach. But this is minor to all the other positive things, so thanks for everything, Thanasis and Jelena.

mosquitoes. although we have been provided with necessary protection against them when you are outside of your room there is not much you can do against them.

Great Owners! They helped us a lot. They even show us on the map where are the best places to go i whole Halkidiki area. We strongly reccomend this place. First building from the beach, great view but the best are owners, happy and nice people!
