Locația foarte bună, relativ aproape și de metrou, și de faleză, Turnul Alb etc. Personal foarte profesionist. Apartamentul este modern, cu mobilă și finisaje de calitate. Raport calitate-preț excelent.

Curățenie precară, mașina de spălat funcțională defectuos (sertarul pentru detergent nu se deschidea, era vopsit peste), lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde.
