Nice flat in a quiet apartment building.

The bed mattress was uncomfortable.

Amazing ambiance and interior decor, comfortable, cozy, central location, close to main city attractions!

Shower head needs fixing to work properly.

There were no hangers near the front door to leave our coats, there was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe and absolutely no place to hang the towels in the bathroom. These are small thing which can be easily arranged to improve the confort of the guests. The check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, we got a message that the apartment would be ready by 5 pm but we didn't get instruction for the address and the entrance code and I had to call the facility and wait for the code in front of the building at 5:30. The locker with the key is not easily opened. The entrance of the building has this unpleasant smell of mold coming from the basement typical for old buildings.

Bed is so comfortable. Location is so Good.

They not give fast answer.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the overall coziness of the apartment. It was a really great place to stay
