"apparently the worst experience for me and my family"

owner’s attitude was very bad and rude among to us (as you will see below from her answer confirming this); she does not know how to write, speak or manage the situations with the customer. i recommend you to check all household goods while check-in since you can find some of them already broken and this lady likes blaming others by saying several incredible lies about those. not deserves that much of money.
