Horrible place, basement..humid, bugs..no parking..no internet..no TV

The only thing we appreciated was the location.

The room was very dirty. The bedsheets were not washed, we found hair on the pillows and under the sheets. The bathroom smelled bad, we could smell it from the 'bed' and it definitely had not been cleaned properly and neither had the whole house. We also found shampoo and shower gel as well as opened and probably used sponges in the shower. The door had a big gap underneath which made us feel extremely unsafe, considering the fact that it's a semi-basement (not mentioned anywhere btw) which meant we could see people's feet on the pavement outside the windows. There were spiderwebs on the lights and the furniture in the kitchen was moldy and destroyed at the bottom. The phone reception was bad most of the time, and also the TV was useless. Overall it was too expensive for what it offered.

We appreciated that we had a flood in the kitchen and the owner moved us to another location.

I really liked the location of the flat. Place was fairly clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no WiFi. Smell of sewage from the toilet even before I managed to use it once.

no air, too close,not for tall people.I did not get the instruction immediately when i pay, I had to call (I had only WhatsApp so it was difficult to connect )

It didn’t have a hair dryer and proper hand wash and utensils. It felt dirty so I mopped the floor on my own. I also think towels and sheets weren’t washed properly. I called the agency to complain, someone came to prove me wrong by telling me it was probably “the pillows that smelled like used because they don’t wash those”. The bathroom smells bad and the solution I was given was to stay with the door and windows open to let the smell out. Despite wanting my privacy (like staying in a house and not in the street), I did it for two hours. Nothing changed.
