Flies from neighbouring farm bugged us a bit

Marcelene was and excellent host!

!The hosts were so kind and very welcoming. I had booked in error 3 rooms that were not together but very graciously placed us all together which was a definite upgrade! It was unexpected and much appreciated. The place is very well equipped with everything that we need and is a lovely space. Very impressed.

During winter the built up tented rooms do get a bit cold, although enough warm blankets are given, it would be nice to be able to heat these - but suspect that this would cause a high risk of fire - so just be prepared!

Friendly staff

Tents on top of each other. No water. No tea or coffee early in the morning. Wanted to do breakfast buffet. But they only started at 10.30 am with a big group of bikers.

I loved the private room with balcony perfectly fitted with braai area and close by restrooms. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect and ideal for family. The peace and tranquility you get is unmatched.
