Parking spot, central location, well equipped apartment, very helpful and welcoming host. Also super clean.

The heating couldn’t be regulated in every room therefore it gets either too hot or too cold if you sleep in different rooms and have different preferences, also the bathroom is very small. The walls are really thin and from the main bedroom it gets noisy from the cars/motorcycles outside.

Everything was high above our expectations, so I truly recommend this accommodation if you want to visit Thessaloniki!

The host Ioanna welcomed us warmly and showed the car parking space, which is very close to the building. The apartment was clean and functional. There were snacks for breakfast. Wifi worked very well. There is a small elevator that can carry your luggage. The neighborhood is in a central location but surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. It is 10-20 mins walk to main tourist attractions so you don't need to use your car.

The couch at the living room for extra bed was very uncomfortable, it should definitely be replaced with a new one.

From the beginning of the reservation, the communication was excellent, everything was on time. The apartment is great and equipped with everything you can think of. Thank you Yoanna and George. I hope to see you again.

Exceptional dedication and kindness of the host. The apartment is extraordinary. To stay in Thessaloniki you only need passports, money and clothes, everything else you have in Thess Old Town, as you are in your home. Excellent cleanliness, good location, private parking. For recommendation.
