Everything is perfekt

Host very communicative he tried his best to accommodate us. Clean and modern apartment very close to everything.

Parking is terrible.

New furnishings, clean, comfortable.

Driving access somewhat difficult (VERY narrow road) parking (a citywide problem in Thessaloniki).

Property is located in a very good location there is always parking, on the side, but we reserved a parking that we had to pay 10€ Owners are very responsive, very polite, ready to help at any time.

Walls are to thin, and you can even hear from the upper floors. Toilet is very small but almost same in most of appartments in Thessaloniki.

Apartment was very nice, fully equipped and comfortable. Fast check-in and check-out. Communication with owner was prompt, all requests resolved in short time. Location is great, it is close to the main street, and to the walking area by the sea. White Tower also within walking distance. All in all, great value for money, definitely would stay there again.

Everything was really good, just the parquette was a bit squeaky. It is possible to park in the street, but I wouldn't recommend. The street is very narrow, so larger car could easily get scratched or damaged. Better to find alternative parking place.

Apartaments were clean in perfect localization few minutes from the sea. The best one is with big balcony on 3rd floor.

There is plenty of space. The responsiveness and key handover.

This place should never be a rental property. The evaluation so far is misleading. The place is smelly and not clean. It is situated in a noisy neighborhood. The low price cannot justify the situation.
