Good location in the center of Thessaloniki, and a parking place under reguest

Furniture was not like in the picture but it was ok

The bed was super comfy and the location was very convient (near ladadika)

Nice and fast checkin. Clean and tidy. We were lucky and find parking place right beside the entrance. Good and pleasant staff, ready to support on every occasion.

There is no washing machine.

The location was okay. It was not noisy neither crowded. There was air conditioning. And the terrace was large which is always a plus.

The service however was awful! We had to wait to check in even though we were on time as the conditions said. Then there was the guy working there that clearly wasn’t enjoying welcoming guests or picking up the phone when needed. Then we paid extra for the parking in the building. And then on top of that we weren’t even provided with a parking spot on our last night and the morning afterwards. After I called six times and sent four text messages, we got refunded our money back, but we still waited half an hour. Also, when booking this place, you have to pay in cash, but they do not give you a receipt afterwards. Staying there was not a relaxing trip, but a game of whose nerves can last longer!
