It was really clean and comfy, close to the city centre, water front and the port

The Apartment was very nice,

The location was in the loudest part of town, the bar on the street below play loud music until 3am not great if you want to sleep, I've never stayed anywhere before with noise like it so I moved out.

It was a little noisy in the evening

The apartment was comfortable, although I didn't have chance to use a lot of additional equipment, I can say that it was very well equipped with everything that you possibly need for a stay, Zoi is very kind and the welcome was very nice and pleasant. I appreciate that check-in went very smoothly although I've arrived after 20:00. The location is also great, especially if you're into walking to main places in the city. Good value for money overall!

The noise (music and crowd from the bars in the neighborhood) could be a problem if you are into more relaxing trip. For me staying only 3 nights was not a significant issue.

I stayed during the week, so the price was reasonable, offering good value for money. Despite the affordable rate, the apartment was well-equipped for a few-day stay, and the host was friendly.

Loud at night due to the bars downstairs, the apartment was also cold because the air conditioners installed didn’t work properly and couldn’t heat the place up. Additionally, you need to heat the water before having a shower and the hot water doesn’t last long. Moreover, the building itself is unkempt and dirty, with an obsolete elevator. Overall, the place does not deserve a 9.2 rating and cannot be called 'luxury'.

Very clean, comfortable, nice decoration, well equipped, quality furnitures and huge TV, exceptional friendly landlord.
