Que las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el piso .es bastante grande pero el sofá cama es muy incómodo y la limpieza no muy buena

Well there is a building attached to property that is being constructed so there was a lot of noise from eight o'clock in morning and a lot of shouting building work also going on one property away there was no hairdryer and the shower cubicle in bathroom was so small and had no door was in yard there was no where to hang a towel just screws sticking our of wall and groutingwas falling and coming away from toilet base

Everything, mould, poor electric, unsafe electric wiring, building work next door, horrible place, dirty place , do not GO.

location was great, good communication with host. has great potential. but needs updating badly!

It was large and in a great location.

The electrics were in need of renovation. The hotplates came on without touching the nobs, which was very disconcerting. Some lights weren't working, either. The shower doors above the bath were rickety and falling off their runners. There is building works in 2 places nearby so banging and hammering from 8am. It would be a great apartment with some updating.

Unfortunately the only good thing about this apartment is the location.

Please do not rent this apartment. The photos are misleading as it is very dark and in dire need of refurbishment. It lacks basic kitchen Utensils, there was no kettle or toaster, barely enough plates, cups, glasses, knives and forks for 2 adults certainly not enough for a family of 4. Light in main bathroom not working, bulbs need replacing, toilet in main bathroom not fixed to the floor properly, bedding not clean, duvet in wardrobe not clean and pillows all need replacing. We had to move for the last few days of our holiday as a disgusting smell (sewerage) was in the apartment and there was construction going on from early morning till evening on the boundary wall of the apartment. When I complained to the host and asked for basic kitchen equipment and pillows these were provided 3 days later but unfortunately there was no response when I complained about the smell and the construction. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. I am not one for complaining but our whole experience in this apartment really ruined our holiday. There are far nicer accommodations in Carihuela for the same price.
